In our company we place high value on the protection of person-related data. For this reason we carry out our business operations in conformity with the laws for the protection of personal data and data security. In the following we wish to outline which data we use, how we process and use these data and where appropriate, to whom these data are forwarded.
Levying, processing and utilization of personal data
When you visit the site "RUCO LICHT GmbH", we receive only anonymous data e.g. the website from which you visit our site, your Internet Service Provider and the pages which you visited on our website. RUCO LICHT uses this information exclusively for statistical purposes with the view of improving our products, service and this website information.

-serves to prevent the misuse or other actions contrary to the law, which endanger the integrity of systems by RUCO LICHT and therefore also data security.
Data Security
RUCO LICHT shall ensure by technical and organizational measures that your person-related data are protected against unintentional or unjustified deletion, modification or loss and for unjustified forwarding to or access without entitlement.

RUCO LICHT is not responsible for the data protection policies of other websites or their contents with links.
Your Rights as an Internet User
RUCO LICHT shall endeavour to fulfil your requests for information, for correction and solution and all your other rights insofar as these are represented in law.

Since the Internet continues to develop, we shall also ensure that we adjust our data protection policy accordingly. Amendments will be notified in good time on these pages. These pages should therefore be called up at regular intervals in order that you aware of the latest data protection declarations.
